ஜோ பாஸ்கர் .... சொன்னது
You have stated many facts in this post. I wish to question a few of them.

1. Dreams are in B&W... Pl note this is a very old school of thought. The studies conducted from 1915 to until 1950 stated that dreams in B&W (that too only 12% of the people had their dreams in B&W). Today - (even after 1960) - recent studies have proved that only 4.4% people dream in B&W and that too they are mostly in under-25 age group. There is another theory that states that people had B&W dreams when the TV was in B&W. As Colour TVs came into our lives, people now are dreaming in colour. If you need details I will send you references of the above research papers. Ref: 1. "Black and white TV generation have monochrome dreams" by Richard Alleyne and 2. "Typical Dreams: Stability and Gender Differences" by Michael Schredl, Petra Ciric, Simon Götz, Lutz Wittmann.

2. "Brain's internal language is Colour" :I beg to differ completely. The internal communication inside the brain is through the nuerotransmitters of the neuron whether it is "Glutamate" which is excitatory and "GABA - Gamma-Aminobutyric acid" which is inhibitory. We can call this the Os and 1s. Minds or thoughts is like any other activity by brain like motor functions, sensory system etc.,There are no study to prove that there is light or colour sensing element available inside teh brain. So please review whether "Internal Communication" within the brain is color.

3. Now comes your main question: "Does Colours affect our thinking ?"Yes. Colours have a great impact on the thinking of "some" people and it varies greatly. The connotation for every colour os different for different persons. There is nothing like "Blue colour" stimulates thinking and Pink Colour stimulates erotic thought etc.,That sort of a sterotyping is impossible. However it is greatly liked to cultureLet us take an example - YELLOW:To most of us Tamilians - It is "Mangalakaramaana Manjal". It brings happpiness. Now see how other fellow human beings view Yellow. In the English language, yellow has traditionally been associated with jaundice and cowardice. In American slang, a coward is said to be a "yellowbellied" person or "yellow". "Yellow" ("giallo"), in Italy, refers to crime stories, both fictional and real. This association began about in 1930 because the first series of crime novels published in Italy had a yellow cover. Pencils are often painted yellow, originally because of the association of this color with the Orient, where the best graphite is found. The phrase "Yellow Yellow, dirty fellow" is used by children to mock someone wearing எல்லோ
Individuals develop an association between an emotion and a particular colour based on their culture, individual value system, happenings in their life etc.,Why only colour. The same is applicable for SMELL also.Emotions are associetd with smell. Viboothi is linked to temple. Sambrani is linked to church. Cheap Agarbathi and Eau de cologne is linked to funeral. Even soap smells could change your thoughts.
You have also mentioned that it is happening only for humans..Please think a whie.Bulls have an aversion towards RED colour.Bulls would run amok if it sees red. This is not just in India. This phenomenon is true worldwide. Remember the Bull Fight in Mexico.Studies prove that:* Red is liked to blood. So danger* Green is the colour of leaves - i.e., life. Each one of us extend this list to add emotions, moods and behaviour to various colours.
Final Comment:There are at an average 8% worldwide who are colour blind. They also have chesive thinking, logical thoughts and active mind.Colour or lack of colour do not take away their thought process.
